 Do you think fear is the basis for all the activities today? A gentle reminder:

 I John 4:4:
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
 
The power of God that is in us is so much greater than anything the Devil can throw at us. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ paralyzed the kingdom of the Adversary when he was raised from the dead. He had taken the best punch the Devil had, death, but God’s power proved greater, when he raised Jesus from dead three days later.
 
Worldly numbers have been a tool of fear that the devil has utilized over the years. Remember the dread of Y2K and the end of the world forecasts as we approached the year 2000? The fear mongers do not realize that numbers mean little without understanding their Biblical significance and a little history. For example, Jesus was born in 3 BC not the year 0. That would affect our calendar dating if we decided to go back three years to actually put the birth of Christ at the start of our calendar as the Gregorian monk tried to do many moons ago. .
 
No one knows when Christ is coming back, so don’t let anyone, including the headlines of the day, shake you in your belief that God really does have a plan. Keep praising God, and stay faithful to Him, enjoying all that He has made available to His children today.
